Skeet

The Concentration.

We had a good time shooting last night. Scott took a few shots to show us how it's done...lol. But Tyler did a great job. He started out with the 4-H skeet team last year and now we're getting ready for hunting season. Well, they're getting ready for hunting season. I'm still shooting a whole lot of air....I'm trying to remind myself that I haven't shot much yet. I doubt that I will be putting any food on the table with that shotgun this year.:o)

 The Accuracy.

The Boy does pretty darn good though. I like how quiet he gets. The focus is not something we see much in his day to day. He pays a lot of attention to what he's doing, which is obviously important when you're holding a gun. He is at his most "grown up" when he's shooting. It's nice to see, but it's also a little sad. He was my baby just a couple of days ago.

 The Clean Up.

This is another thing I like. I may not be able to get that boy to clean his room without a fuss, but he picks up every shell without a word. It's nice to see that he can be responsible without me reminding him.....begging him...threatening him....you know....all the things it can take to get an 11 year old boy to clean.:o)

 The Scenery.

It was a beautiful sunset last night. The sun also shot the clouds full of hot pink at the very end. Amazing. We are so lucky to be able to experience and appreciate these things.

 The End.
As p dub would say.... Keepin' it real.
